Direct Primary Care Family Plan

The DPC Family Plan offers comprehensive primary care for two adults, plus pediatric urgent care coverage for all children under 18 in your household. Enjoy unlimited visits, preventive screenings, and coordinated care, all included in your membership. Fees, medications, bloodwork, and precision testing are eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement, making it easy to manage healthcare costs while supporting your family’s long-term wellness with seamless, integrated care. Optimal Performance
$500.00 per month
This service line builds on Direct Primary Care and focuses on Healthspan and Athletic Performance by integrating Functional Medicine techniques. We will bill your insurance for any covered costs (ie labs, specialists, preventive care testing). Uncovered meds/labs will be billed separately.
